About

What can one man and one humble website do to stop veteran suicide? Well, we are going to find out now aren’t we. I lost everyone in my life that I love, and I almost lost my life in the fight vs. depression; that’s why I’m determined to make sure you don’t lose yours.

I know you know how to fight. You are part of the world’s finest military force ever assembled; you just don’t know how to fight the darkness because no one’s ever bothered to show you. I’ve cobbled together all the things that actually worked for me and put them all in one place to make it less cumbersome to figure out. Now the secret flightpath to freedom will be yours too. If you are a veteran in need, it’s yours for free. Send me an email at dogfightDave@gmail.com and I’ll send you an advance pdf copy. The only thing I want in return is for you to make it.

Now that I’ve cracked the code on how to beat this thing, I am committed to taking the lead and making sure everyone escapes mental imprisonment too. Why? So you can enjoy the great life you fought for, and the life that you deserve back here in the land of the free, and the home of the brave. Although it doesn’t seem like it now, the world after your impending victorious battle is more beautiful than you can imagine.

Part two of why you MUST live is just as important: veterans pridefully and stubbornly tend to only listen to other veterans, so your follow-on mission is to teach one of our brothers and sisters in trouble. There’s no search party for them right now because they probably seem ok on the outside; and that’s where you come in. You know better. Double bonus: when you teach, you learn twice. By helping a buddy you’re going to have a deeper understanding of how to win. Lastly, if you don’t feel like you deserve to live a great life for whatever reason, this can be your path to redemption and forgiveness. A chance for a fresh start. Remember: It is never too late.

As for me, a friend once nicknamed me “The Hurricane”. Although she said it with a fond smile, the sad truth is the storm inside me caused a lot of pain to the people who used to love me. I wish I could sit down and apologize face-to-face with all the people I loved and hurt, so I could tell them it wasn’t their fault – it was mine. My pain and my struggle projected externally, which they should have never had to deal with. I pray for their forgiveness, and for me to forgive myself. In the meantime I’ve resolved to take these bitter lessons and turn them into something good; to pass them on so others can heal, learn and pursue the life of their dreams with a pure heart and clean soul.

Our motto:

EX SCIENTIA, AEQUANIMUS

[…through Knowledge, Inner Peace]

Stay alive, and stay in the fight, no matter what — you can, and you will win.
