I have found a few things more helpful than others and here they are in no particular order:

1. Sketching: art is free and since there are no rules, you can find self awareness and healing ❤️‍🩹 at your own pace.
2. Praying 🙏: I understand the need for religious freedom, and so is with a gentle encouragement I would ask everyone to study 📚 the religions of the world and pick one (or none) that makes you the most happy & fulfilled. Either way, you’ll be infinitely better from reading the beautiful translations from all cultures around the globe.
3. Activity: whether it’s physical training, helping others, dancing, sports, being in nature, they all help and they add up!
4. Music: all of the wisdom of the world can be found in all of our culture’s music 🎶… and it’s fun, it’s cathartic, it’s enlightening, and you can find the perfect song for each emotion. Seek Wisdom 🦉 and you will always find it!

This audiobook was so great it made me laugh, it made me think deeply, and in some cases it moved me to tears it was so beautifully conceived, written, and narrated by this wonderful team. A*++++++ is the grade for this Audiobook 📚 🔊 and I would highly recommend everyone check it out, even if you aren’t religious you will find this enlightening!

King David’s Psalm 23!!

1 The Lord takes care of me, like a shepherd with his sheep. I have everything that I need.

2 He takes me to green fields where I can rest. He leads me to streams of water where I can drink.

3 He gives me new strength in my life. He is my guide to the right paths. He does this to give honour to his name.

4 I may walk through a valley that is as dark as death. But I will not be afraid of any danger. This is because you are with me, Lord. Your stick and your shepherd’s pole protect me from danger.

5 You prepare a big meal for me while my enemies watch. You put olive oil on my head. You bless me so much that my cup is completely full.

6 I am sure that you will always be good to me. You will love me all the days of my life. That will never change. I will live in the Lord’s house for as long as I live.
